Innovation Sprints
We run innovation sprints in various lengths to better understand what problems companies would like to solve. We can run 5 days, 5 weeks, and 12-week innovation sprints depending on the client’s needs.
The outcome of the sprint results in disruptive ideas that are pitched to the company’s management. We help our clients in the selection process to be able to select ideas that will receive funding. For Post-sprint implementation, we help companies build ventures through the CVB model.
Corporate Venture Building
Together with our community of serial entrepreneurs, engineers, consultants, and innovation coaches, we identify high-potential areas and build ventures from the ground up. This is an equity-free model.
We leverage the parent company's resources, expertise, and market presence to build and grow new ventures. By outsourcing the venture building to us, companies don’t need to hire full-time employees, mitigate their risks, and leverage our expertise and network to accelerate the development and launch of new products and services.
